You take over the number- and value-oriented guidance of the personnel used to drive the ÖPNV You improve the attractiveness of the places in driving by targeted measures You actively contribute to increasing employee satisfaction You ensure regular and partnership cooperation with the employee representation You are responsible for regular communication with the workforce You ensure the flexibility of operations, predictive planning, training and motivation of our driving staff You contribute to the strategic orientation of the area You continuously expand customer orientation and implement measures to ensure competitiveness You steer strategically relevant projects You work closely with the management and the personnel department You always focus on the sustainable, future-oriented and innovative development of driving

You have a successfully completed economic or technical degree with a focus on management and leadership You ideally bring the qualification as manager:in BOKraft with or are ready to acquire it You have collected leadership experience in a transport company (ÖPNV, logistics or comparable) You bring knowledge of labour law and co-determination with You bring very good knowledge of public transport You have very pronounced social competence Your leadership style is value-estimating and result-oriented You communicate safely and legally, and actively address traffic policy issues
