NEO TEMP GmbH provides dedicated production staff (m/w/d) and experienced machine and plant operators (m/w/d) for modern production in leather trousers (Thüringen). Our customer is an internationally active technology company and manufactures high-quality components as part of high-precision production for demanding high-tech markets.

♪ Your future field of activity:

• Operation, setup and monitoring of machines in ongoing production
• Activity as a machine and plant operator in the regulated 3-layer system
• Ensuring a smooth process in daily production
• Implementation of quality-oriented tests as production staff
• Documentation of process steps within production
• cooperation in the optimization of production processes in the 3-layer system
• Support of the team in production as reliable production staff

Your profile for machine and plant operators (m/w/d)

• First experience as a production employee or machine and plant operator in the industrial environment
• Technical understanding of industrial production processes
• Careful operation
• Teamability and reliability in the 3-layer system
• Class B licence and own vehicle to achieve production in leather pants
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
