You have a degree with a focus on human resources, business or psychology, a completed commercial training or a further education of the IHK and brings well-founded knowledge in the HR field. Ideally, you have over several years of professional experience in personal work within a dynamic business environment. Routiniert you work with digital HR systems, preferably with Workday, and are sure to deal with MS Office programs.
