Order: indefinite (full-time/part-time by agreement)

Activity description

You get a clear target. Dimensions, material organization and customer agreement are generally carried out via the construction line. They convert smaller construction sites independent, often as 1–2 man column (e.g. you + trainee).

Your tasks (depending on construction site)

• masonry work in stock / rehabilitation (reconstruction, additions, openings, repairs)
• cleaning work inside/outside incl. Using cleaning machine
• Concrete work / Concrete walks, small agarage, repairs
• dry construction/construction work
• Minibagger** (e.g. 1.9 t)
• With effect on spray concrete work

Your profile / requirements

• Training in construction (e.g. masonry/construction) or
• Class B licence required (BE of advantage); Requalification possible)
• Self-employed mode of operation after consultation (clean execution, reliable feedback)

Working / Cooperation (important)

• Deviations from the agreed power (e.g. multi/additional power, changed conditions after component opening) are before execution matched with the construction line.
• Customer communication to changes takes place only after coordination with the construction line.
• Documentation is part of the activity (photos, short notes, proof of hours/performance).

Fair focuses (realistic, but clear)

No “everything” qualification is required. You should control at least 2 of 3 areas safely:

1. Putting machine / cleaning work Two. Minibagger / Earthwork
2. Concrete/restoration work (concrete, small-scale actor)

Worktime model

• Standard: 4-day week, i.d. R. Mo–Do per 10 hours.
• Alternatives by arrangement: 5-day week (e.g. 40 hours) or 32 hours/week
• Overtime account: payout or compensation by appointment
• Saturday work is not planned (exceptions only by agreement)

Government/frame

• Supplement: 18–22 €/h gross (depending on qualification/experience)
• Tool/PSA are set; clear procedures, short decisions
