Finance Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Finance Manager (m/w/d), who not only understands figures, but derives the right questions, insights and decisions. In this key role, you support the CFO of an internationally growing SaaS Group in the financial management and development of the company.

You promote transparency about the Group's economic development, coordinate international finance issues and support the integration of new companies. You are moving at the interface of finance, operations and management, deriving concrete recommendations for action from data and driving forward the further development of reporting, processes and control instruments.

At the same time, you will gain deep insights into the development of a dynamic, PE-funded software company and take early responsibility in key finance, integration and transformation projects.

Responsibility for Group-wide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including analysis of sales, earnings, cash flow and performance key figures Creation and analysis of regular financial, sales and business reports as well as deriving sound recommendations for action for internal decision-makers Support and development of budget, forecast and planning processes Professional support and plausibility of monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with local finance and accounting teams Development of KPI systems, reporting structures and control instruments Support for the integration of new companies in the context of post-Merger integration projects (PMI) Cooperation with international finance teams and support in the harmonisation of processes, reporting standards and data structures Close cooperation with CFO, management and expertise in operational and financial issues and the implementation of improvement measures

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, finance or comparable qualification 5-7 years of professional experience in Group Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Audit or a comparable analytical environment. Ideally experience in a growth-oriented software, SaaS or private equity environment Extensive understanding of financial and business relations and the ability to derive sound recommendations for action Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation combined with a high implementation orientation Open, communicative and proactive personality with joy in cooperation in international teams and different corporate cultures Very good knowledge of German and English as well as willingness to occasionally, also international, travel
