The work is carried out within the framework of the ERRE RL Research InfraProNet (2021-2027) funding programme funded by the Free State of Saxony and the European Union to establish scientific research networks at public scientific institutions, specifically for the TUD research network "EKI-Saxony" for energy autonomous communication and information technologies in Saxony. EKI-Saxony bundles the competencies in Saxony for research and development of zero-energy ICT and nW radio chips to reduce their energy consumption to such an extent that they can be supplied with environmentally friendly energy (light, temperature, movement, etc.) for the first time via extremely compact and therefore very low-cost miniature resination modules.
