Operational Excellence Professional (m/f/d)

Analysis and optimization of business processes along the entire value chain to increase efficiency, quality and economy Planning and implementation of process improvements and the introduction of new products, materials and technologies in close cooperation with manufacturing, maintenance, suppliers and other interfaces Identification and implementation of improvement measures using Lean, Six-Sigma and Kaizen methods Analysis, optimization and further development of business and manufacturing processes as well as independent management of improvement projects with regular reporting to relevant stakeholders Development and support of data acquisition and analysis systems for data-based process improvement Ensuring sustainable project documentation according to Lean and Six-Sigma standards Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through change management, communication and operational eccentric principles Training and skills of employees in Lean and Six-Sigma methods Identification and elimination of project barriers by developing pragmatic solutions Implementation of strategic future projects focusing on the digitization of business processes through AI-based software solutions, the visualization of key figures according to modern management standards and the use of autonomous transport systems in production

Required qualification: At least 4 years of relevant higher education (complete study of industrial engineering or comparable) Other requirements: Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma and Kaizen as well as experience in the application of Operational Excellence Methods Experience in the analysis, optimization and digitization of business processes Knowledge of project management and the independent implementation of improvement and change projects Embossed data and analysis competence as well as safe handling of statistical methods Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with Microsoft Power BI Ideally experience using AI-based software solutions Technical understanding of production and manufacturing processes; ideally knowledge of automation or autonomous transport systems Structured, solution-oriented and independent working with a high self-initiative Designed analytical and conceptual skills and a safe occurrence Communication strength, team capacity and joy in cooperation with different disciplines Good knowledge of German and English
