This year we open our brand new store in Freiburg – you can be there from the start and choose your team for a successful new opening with us. Your start of work is scheduled for the summer 2026, with a previous multi-month period of incorporation at our other store locations. Notebooksbilliger.de can sell more than just 'cheap notebooks' - we now offer everything the technical heart desires. And this includes our unique customer service through our notebooksbilliger teams in stores. This is your role in our team

Request:

You take responsibility for our new store in Freiburg and from the very beginning you are in the middle of the opening plan. Together with us, you can select your store team and participate in the recruiting process as well as the interviews. You represent our nbb.com values in our store and together with your team make customers a fan. Provide proof of your pro-active and result-oriented work and motivate your team to achieve maximum success every day.

Acts:

You are responsible for implementing our store concept in consultation with our Head of Retail. Ensuring an optimal product presentation, controlling the stock of goods and fulfilling the sales targets are part of your task.

Team Responsibility:

You are responsible for the professional staff management and not least for the placement of a first-class service dementia to the team.

What should you bring?

Background:

You have a completed training as a merchant/wife in retail or a comparable commercial training. A training certificate is advantageous. You've already at least. 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in retail, ideally in electronics.

Personal guidance:

We require a multi-year experience in professional and disciplinary personnel management. You're always a model for your team.

Motivation:

You love the “sales” and the cooperation with the customer and also like to pack your own. Your strengths: You are a communication talent, strong to assert and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. An independent, customer-oriented and dedicated way of working complete your profile. .
