As part of the further development of our human resources management, we also strengthen our operational health management. For this, we are looking for a dedicated personality, which professionally educates, structured and evolves with a good sense for people.

Operational Health Management: You develop existing BGM structures, programs and offers on the basis of technical and organizational changes and coordinate health-related measures as needed. Prevention and health promotion: You initiate and accompany appropriate offers to promote health, workability and health-friendly cooperation. Operational integration management: You work actively in the BEM processes, develop them continuously and support an appraisal, structured, confidential and data protection-compliant implementation. Coordination and networking: You work closely with the BEM teams and contact persons of our complex locations and ensure regular professional exchange, uniform standards and reliable procedures. Advice and support: You advise employees and managers on health-related issues and support in sensitive or complex situations. Internal and external cooperation: You coordinate cooperation with relevant partners, such as industrial medicine, occupational safety, external employee advice and other specialist departments. Quality and effectiveness: You develop processes, standards, templates and information offerings and use appropriate key figures, experiences and feedback to continuously improve their reliable implementation and effectiveness. Cooperation in personnel management: You work closely with personnel consulting, personnel and organisational development and the further functions of our personnel management.

Design and coordinate our BGM structures and offers together with the Head of Human Resources Management, Executives, our locations as well as internal and external partners. In doing so, you combine prevention, health promotion and professional support of employees in challenging situations. An essential part of your activity is the operational integration management (BEM). There are already BEM teams at our complex locations and designated contact persons. You support and network these structures, accompany technical and process questions and develop reliable standards together with the participants. The aim is to provide operational health management that supports employees and executives with reliable support and sustainably strengthens health, workability and prevention.

Self-employment and networking: You take on a professionally responsible role and work closely with our locations as well as the other functions of personnel management. Working organisation: Employment is possible in full or part-time. After the installation and as far as the tasks permit this, there is the possibility of proportional mobile work.
