At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a chef with restaurant manager (w/m/d) for Deutsche Bahn AG - DB Gastronomy at the location Leipzig, Dessau-Roßlau and Dresden

Your tasks:

• You are critically responsible for the time- and quality-oriented production and provision of hot and intermediate meals, both at the casino and for the conference service and special events
• You also work as a holiday and medical representative of the chefs, kitchen manager:inside and restaurant manager:inside
• The specified range width and the proper product presentation and/or fitting of the output and service stations are guaranteed by your own
• The development of recipes and calculations, according to current requirements, is also in your task area
• You monitor the stocks as well as the periods of consumption and carry out orders of goods and inventory
• Cleansing of the workspace, the kitchen and output range and the work equipment - in compliance with the current hygiene directive, the cleaning and disinfection plan - completes your daily tasks

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your training as a chef and have several years of professional experience with you
• Your service- and service-oriented work convinces us
• You are motivating challenges in the team and are also physically resilient
• You are characterized by good communication skills and a pronounced organizational talent
• In addition to good PC skills (MS Office and handling, for example, with costing programs, cash systems and online ordering programs), you also know how to use a tablet
• Driving license recommended
