You lead and develop a dedicated team with a focus on independent and result-oriented work. You coordinate the following tasks in your area of responsibility: You ensure the appropriate implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in customer business – in particular in the areas of credit, WpHG, GwG and customer data management – taking into account the Bank's risk profile. You develop and monitor principles and processes for the credit business, such as credit award criteria and early risk recognition.
