Head of Department Governance & Quality Customer Business (m/f/d)

Banking for, with and from people! For our MarketService section we are looking for you as Head of Department Governance & Quality Customer Business (w/m/div) up to 60% remote possible

You lead and develop a dedicated team with a focus on independent and result-oriented work. You coordinate the following tasks in your area of responsibility: You ensure the appropriate implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in customer business – in particular in the areas of credit, WpHG, GwG and customer data management – taking into account the Bank's risk profile. You develop and monitor principles and processes for the credit business, such as credit award criteria and early risk recognition. The structural further development of the control system as well as the data quality management ensure a proper process implementation and a high quality of data retention.

You’re questioning existing processes, establishing and developing KPIs and using them to advance sustainable process optimization in your area of responsibility. You support close, cross-functional cooperation – both within your team and with external partners and service providers. You initiate, guide and work actively in projects. You accompany and control internal and external audits.

You have successfully completed a degree in economics with the focus on finance (Bachelor). Your multi-year professional experience and your extensive knowledge in the field of tasks make you an ideal occupation. Your leadership experience in a comparable position completes your profile and makes you a competent manager. You have an excellent understanding of supervisory issues as well as the topics of risk controlling and process management. With the MS Office panel you go routined and professional.
