Responsibility for directory worlds: You are the central contact point for the group-wide Microsoft Active Directory and the associated domain controllers, actively shape the architecture and ensure a stable, performant operation in our international system landscape. Identities and guidelines: You develop, maintain and optimize group guidelines for the central management of users and computers, control the DNS integrated into Active Directory, including Conditional Forwarder entries, and thus ensure a reliable, clearly structured environment in which everything works well together. Control authorizations and security: you assign and check administrative permissions for globally distributed IT colleagues, departments and external employees, establish clear role and rights concepts and create a secure, auditable basis for our digital business processes. Developing hybrid identities: managing the Cloud Directory Service Microsoft Entra ID in Microsoft Azure, setting and optimizing Conditional Access Policies to secure accesses and ensuring reliable synchronization between On-Premises Active Directory and Entra ID – for seamless identities between both worlds. Automate and license platforms: You create Entra ID applications, for example for Single Sign-On, use Azure Automation for efficient mapping and automation of recurring tasks and also respond to the activation of Windows operating systems and on-premises office versions via Microsoft KMS – including views of adjacent topics such as ADFS, PHS and basic Azure resources.

Profile that convinces: you bring a study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification – alternatively a corresponding vocational training with multi-year relevant professional experience. You work analytically, structured and carefully and think solution-oriented. Technology meets directory expertise: You have well-founded knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, including group policies and AD-integrated DNS, ideally in complex, international environments. Cloud competence with vision: You have experience with the Microsoft Azure Cloud, in particular with Entra ID, Conditional Access and the synchronization between Active Directory and Entra ID, and understand hybrid identity management as the core of modern IT security. Automation and Integration: The creation of Entra ID applications – for example for Single Sign-On – is familiar to you, as is the use of Azure Automation for efficient imaging and automation of recurring tasks. Terms such as ADFS, KMS, PHS and basic Azure resources are known to you. Communication and operation: You communicate safely in German and English, can communicate complex technical issues in a comprehensible way and can work with international stakeholders. You take responsibility, act independently and team-oriented and introduce your ideas to continuously develop our IT landscape.
