Your future job:

For our customer thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, one of the leading globally operating system providers for submarines and naval ships, you are working as a RAM/LCC Engineer (m/w/d) Marine - Marinetechnik Automation at the Hamburg site.

Your tasks:

• Creating and analyzing technical specifications of the internal/external customer in relation to RAM requirements within the Engineering system
• Ensuring compliance with qualitative, technical and economic requirements by system design. This is mainly done by analyzing the reliability, Maintainability, Availability and Life Cycle Cost Performance during the system creation process
• Support in the development and analysis of the system design (including product development), mainly at "system" or "Main Equipment" to optimally meet derived RAM requirements
• Represent the parent RAM themes in design reviews and in consultations with customers and suppliers
• Work and support in interdisciplinary teams for the topics:
• Reliability (Allocation, RBD, Technical FMECA)
• Maintainability (Accessibility)
• Availability Optimization
• Testability
• Human Factors

Your profile:

• Complete study of engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in projects of high (technical) complexity
• Long-standing professional experience in LCC / RAM Engineering desirable
• RAM analysis experience
• Experiences in Systems Engineering; ideally certification as Systems Engineer
• Knowledge of statistical methods
• Ability to consider the support system holistic
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
