You can look forward to this: Reception and support of customers in service

Ensuring a smooth operation of customer service acceptance

Support of the manager in kfm. Departments as well as workshop masters and service consultants

Ensuring order and timely order intake and order opening incl. Credit assessment

Correction and operation of the telephone center

Active customer support and appointment tracking, order and appointment tracking in the service and schedule for the workshop area

Compilation of the invoice documents for repair orders and their manufacture including Accounting

Administration of shuttle and repair bridging vehicles

Other commercial activities
