Supervisor Logistik (m/w/x) You want to take responsibility and actively shape processes? Process Control and Optimization: You are responsible for the timely processing of all logistical processes in your area and continuously develop processes. Leadership and deployment planning: You take over the professional leadership of your team, plan your personnel deployment and work closely with the department manager. Staff motivation and development: You introduce new colleagues, instruct and train your team and encourage a motivating working environment. Coordination and communication: You tune with internal and external partners, monitor goods flows and assist in troubleshooting technical installations.

Training & experience: Complete training in the field of logistics or comparable qualification – alternatively multi-year experience in logistics, ideally with leadership responsibility. Expertise: knowledge of personnel deployment planning and employee management desirable; safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and goods management systems (preferably SAP MM/WM) of advantage. Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge, good English knowledge of advantage. Flexibility: ready for shift and weekend work. Soft skills: communication strength, sense of responsibility, team orientation and the ability to actively shape changes.
