Responsible Electrician (VEFK) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for electrical safety when working on high-voltage systems in electric and hybrid vehicles incl. compliance with all relevant legal, normative and operational requirements and thus ensure safe workflows in handling high-voltage components. You take over the technical guidance, support and supervision of the employed skilled workers and provide a high level of safety and competence in the company through training, instruction and ensuring necessary qualifications. You create and answer work instructions, safety concepts and risk assessments and also ensure proper documentation and correct identification of vehicles and plant conditions. As a central contact person for internal departments, external service providers and vehicle manufacturers, you coordinate all the topics relating to electrical safety and support a secure implementation of work on vehicles with high-voltage systems.

You have a successfully completed training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or vehicle engineering, as well as a further qualification, for example as technicians, masters, bachelor, master or engineer. Multiannual professional experience in the automotive sector with well-founded knowledge and qualifications in the field of high-voltage technology in vehicles as well as knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards in the automotive sector. You already have experience in carrying out and monitoring work on high-voltage systems and in the organization of electrical work in the development and production environment. A high level of sense of responsibility, reliability and safety orientation is what characterises you as well as your pronounced communication strength and your safe appearance towards internal and external responses. Your leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train others belong to your personal strengths. Their knowledge of German corresponds at least to level C1 in word and writing. With common IT applications, in particular the MS Office applications, you can safely handle. The willingness to take responsibility for the electrical safety in the high-voltage sector and to continue professionally, completes your profile.
