Senior Consultant (m/w/d) People Development & Culture Full time I Parttime I Job sharing

With a lot of freedom and your own ideas, you actively shape our personnel and organizational development in this versatile role, accompany change processes and bring fresh wind into topics such as digitalization, talent management and cultural change. You support the exchange within the teams, take over global people projects and, together with our dedicated people team, contribute to the sustainable development of our value-based corporate culture. DISCLOSURE You play strategically ahead: you develop our People & Culture Roadmap and introduce new ideas.

You accompany changes: With empathy and structure you support change and organizational development processes in close cooperation with our CPO, the People Team and leadership team.

You strengthen culture & diversity: You actively contribute to the further development of our corporate culture and are looking forward to pouring your passion for D,E & I into concrete projects.

Whether through new learning formats in the SPORTFIVE campus, building development programs or through value-adding feedback - you support people in their development and work closely with your colleague Vanessa (People Development).

You keep an overview: You advance projects, develop effective communication measures and keep an overview of goals and key figures in close cooperation with stakeholders.

THE IST DEIN PROFIL You bring well-founded experience in personnel and/or organizational development and control of change processes.

You are going on topics with a wide-sighted and high level of implementation and do not leave you alone in the dynamic agency environment.

You like to develop and implement effective measures for the further development of people and organisations - ideally also in the field of digital learning.

You are passionate about modern human resources development, promote cultural development and find suitable approaches to change.

You communicate in German and English in writing as oral.
