You want to take responsibility, clarify complex cases and actively shape processes? With us you will accompany the entire billing process in the energy sector and work closely with colleagues and specialist areas – with room for your own ideas and further development you will master your tasks: Take responsibility for the entire accounting process – from precise accounting to clarification with customers Solve complex enquiries about the ticketing of customers, lawyers and debt counselling Accompany the billing from start to finish and ensure a positive customer experience Bring your ideas and design our billing processes more efficiently and more modern Work closely with the Legal Department and other departments to quickly solve complex issues

Closed commercial training, e.g. industrial businessman/wife, office businessman/wife, businessman/wife for office management, assists/in / specialist in accounting (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, first professional experience in the energy industry or in the billing / billing environment Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with billing systems of advantage Analytical thinking and careful, structured working High communication capability and joy in solution-oriented handling of customers and external bodies Ability to understand complex facts, to prepare them in a comprehensible manner and to process them independently Team spirit and willingness to actively shape and take responsibility
