As a diaconic service company in northern Germany with around 6,000 employees, we are focused on integration aid, education and medicine. Together we stand for empowerment and inclusion of people with disabilities, as well as children and young people in Hamburg. Due to the diversity of our educational, nursing and commercial skills, we offer around 1,300 people outpatient assistance and special living forms – personalized and socially adapted to the needs of our clients. In our day works, around 300 clients work in office or garden care. We do what makes sense, strengthens education and participation. We're looking for you! Join us when we create a home for two people with challenges to assistance. A new innovative residential project is being created in Eißendorfer Switzerland.

For this we use the concept of personal centering and the working instruments of the Alsterdorf assistenz west. Based on the assistance profiles, we develop tailor-made offers for the inhabitants of Eißendorfer Switzerland.

You carry out assistance planning and organise staff-centric and social-spatial assistance services for people with disabilities based on this. You provide assistance in internal and external activities, e.g. support in the household, shopping together, accompaniment in everyday and leisure activities You support primary care activities and develop assistance services in line with assistance planning You are engaged in the construction of the new offer and bring themselves professionally and creatively You enable meaningful activities & support emotional indispositions You document professional and targeted

You have a completed training as a healer in, educator in or a comparable educational qualification and professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX) Sovereign appearance and sensuality in dealing with the client Understanding challenging behavior as an expression of past biographical events/ current circumstances of life. You want to contribute to the development of new management strategies. estimating and accepting attitudes to our clients with challenging behavior; Objective: Identifying strengths and resources Interest in developing into crisis intervention methods and supporters communication A clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion Open and clear communication, creative ideas and desire to shape yourself Structured, independent and reflected mode of operation High literacy in relation to yourself and your own actions The mission of our foundation reflects our Christian self-image and forms the basis of your action.
