Pedagogical specialist for our inclusive catering business (m/f/d)

For over 50 years, we have been competent contact persons for people with a mental illness or mental disability. We offer basic social psychiatry services, needs-based housing and assistance services, as well as services for participation in working life.

The restaurant “Zum Glück” in Rauenberg is an inclusive restaurant of the SPHV Service gGmbH. With us, people with mental illnesses together with a multi-professional team shape a public restaurant business.

We are looking for a full-time full-time job-pedagogical accompaniment and cooperation in the gastro plant at the next possible time

with a completed training as a work educator, occupational therapist, healer teacher, or social worker/in/social pedagogue or comparable qualification

Work pedagogical guidance and support of people with mental illness in kitchen and service in the inclusive restaurant everyday Planning, structuring and reflection of the workflows in the reference person system (promote objectives, promotional discussions, documentation) Developing a stabilising daily structure and supporting participants in the acquisition and maintenance of practical work skills within the framework of integration assistance Professional cooperation in everyday gastronomics (e.g. pre- and preparation of food, output, service, cash register, hygiene)

You have an appreciation of people with disabilities You are a pedagogical specialist and want to use your skills in the gastronomic context Experiences in social psychiatry and gastronomy are beneficial, but not condition - we accompany you professionally Service-oriented, hospitable appearance in this special setting and joy in shaping a welcome climate for affected persons and guests Valid car driving permit
