Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition / Active Sourcing (m/f/d)

You process the applicant management process from request analysis to recruitment You carry out interviews (telephone, online and personal) and accompany the candidate: You care and tax applicant management in our HR system (Personio) to ensure a positive Candidate Experience You identify and address suitable top talents via Active Sourcing, for example via LinkedIn or XING You work closely with the departments and the HR Manager (m/w/d) You organize independent recruiting events, such as job fairs, and support in onboarding and optimizing existing processes

You have a degree with a focus on human resources management, business management, psychology or comparable training with several years of professional experience You bring at least three years of experience in recruiting or HR You are safe to use HR and IT systems, ideally with Personio or SAP You are interested in modern recruiting trends and digital tools You have strong communication skills, empathy, persuasiveness and a structured way of working You have very good German and English skills in word and writing at C1 level
