Your duties include:

Implementation and organisation of the entire charging charge of waste fees in the district of Ludwigsburg Leading and guiding 18 employees Creation of waste management and preparation for the bodies Creation of the business plan calculation of waste fees Preparation of meeting documents IT support for charging Deputy Head of Department

Your qualifications are:

completed studies on the Dipl. Administration (FH) or B.A. Public Management (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification relevant professional experience in administrative law and local tax law good knowledge of business management the ability to practice a team-oriented leadership style very good knowledge of IT standard applications (MS Office) a positive understanding of citizens' orientation strong social skills and communication skills a high degree of autonomy, organisational skills and flexibility
