Profile

• Complete training as a welder, metal builder or comparable qualification
• Valid welding tests in the WIG process (ideally according to EN ISO 9606-1)
• Multiannual experience in WIG welding, especially with stainless steel and/or aluminum
• Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices
• High quality awareness and careful, precise operation
• Teamability, flexibility and responsibility
• readiness for shiftwork

Tasks

• Implementation of welding work (container and apparatus) by the WIG process (Wolfram inert gas welding) on stainless steel and/or aluminum
• Preparation of workpieces (e.g. tearing, cutting, stitching)
• Testing and finishing of welds (e.g. grinding, straightening)
• Work according to technical drawings, welding plans and work instructions
• Quality control of welding work according to predetermined standards
• Maintenance and maintenance of welding equipment and compliance with working safety regulations
• Documentation of work steps and results
