For our customer service, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/w/d) customer service – focus on floor management.

Friendly and positive reception of the customers in their home country. Consumption and assessment of incoming concerns and forwarding to the relevant contact persons Coordination of appointments and monitoring of ongoing processes to ensure smooth running in the customer center Supporting the team in daily customer service and sharing first information to customers Ensuring order and a pleasant atmosphere in the customer center as well as taking over the hospitality of customers

You are in a bachelor's degree or at the beginning of your master's degree, ideally in a commercial, communication-related or comparable degree course Impressed joy in dealing with people and a strong service orientation High communication capability, solution-oriented work and the ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations Willingness to work within specified periods of use and to support Saturday services First experience in customer service is desirable but not absolutely necessary Good language skills for safe communication with customers
