Formulation & Recipe Manager - Europe (m/f/d)

You create, care and optimise recipes for industrial packaging for all European works by Bischof+Klein. In close coordination with internal departments, you participate in the formulation release and work on the structured analysis of causes of errors and the derivation of appropriate corrective measures. You organize and accompany the sample productions at the InnoLab in Lengerich and in our European production facilities and translate the results into series production. You ensure regulatory compliance, data consistency and production stability through standardized recipe and SAP structures. You are responsible for technical support in product developments, product modifications and customer-related requirements in cooperation with sales and central development. You conduct internal and cross-border projects, set up steering circle reports and ensure transparent reporting on priorities and progress.

You have a degree in the field of plastics technology, process engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering or a comparable field of expertise. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of recipes or a comparable function - ideally from the plastics or packaging industry. You have solid SAP skills (R/3 & S/4) and good MS Office skills - experiences with Blue Ant or LIMS are a plus. You have a very good understanding of regulatory requirements in the plastics or packaging environment (e.g. REACH, PFAS). You will bring knowledge of German and English as well as a readiness to travel. Your communication strength as well as your experience in project management complete your profile.
