As an object manager (m/w/d) for technical industrial cleaning, you take responsibility for an existing customer location and, together with your team, ensure the highest quality standards in a modern industrial company. Your duties In this responsible position, you coordinate and organize all processes of industrial cleaning and ensure a smooth operation. Monday to Friday Floor cleaning in the production environment Cleaning of machinery and technical peripheral equipment Cleaning of test benches Cleaning of disassembly systems Implementation of special cleaning Ensuring professional and high-quality execution of all cleaning work Sunday coordination and operational planning of the cleaning team Editing the hourly sheet and proof of work Organisation and implementation of filter change Support for fluid management Conducting quality controls and ensuring our quality standards Contact for employees and customers on site

Professional experience of at least 1–2 years – ideally in technical cleaning, industry or a comparable environment Ideal knowledge of technical or industrial cleaning Joy in taking responsibility and coordinating a small team Organisational skills and a structured and independent way of working High reliability and strong quality awareness Forklift Flexibility in terms of working hours Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2)
