You control and monitor maintenance from pre-planning to quality, budget and timely completion Calculate and track the costs, check and evaluate yields and tax-earning and tax deductions As an interface to maintenance, construction and our service providers, you agree to the framework conditions with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the early development of counter-control measures at a target risk The collection of all necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with risk management and environmental protection are also your responsibility The applicable internal and external standards, guidelines and regulations you always have in mind Perspectively, you also perform the function of the building supervisor according to VV Bau

Your profile:
