Long-standing leadership experience (about 15+ years) at the interface of business and IT, ideally in the commercial, supply chain or shopping environment, as well as in complex, hybrid IT landscapes. Detectable successes in the implementation of complex ERP transformations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, including the design of scalable, future-oriented system landscapes and the integration of best-of-breed and side-by-side solutions to create measurable business value. Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and modern ERP as well as best-of-breed architectures, with the ability to selectively balance standardization and differentiation. Designed competence in product management, prioritization and value-oriented, data-driven and agile product development. Strong strategic thinking capability coupled with implementation strength and clear focus on measurable business impact. Convincing personality with high communication and integration ability that effectively connects business and technology. High level of ownership, sense of responsibility and decision-making competence. You communicate easily in German and English and act confidently in an international environment.
