Your tasks:

• Own-responsible processing, care and accounting of Early Careers and Temps
• implementation of (personal) measures such as settings, Relocations and exits
• the establishment and maintenance of regular, time and pay data, and the creation of documents within the framework of more defined administrative processes in Workday and SAP
• Processing of requests and interface to HR Business partners, Departments and executives
• Processing of special operations and subject-specific facts such as tariff increases and one-off payments
• Support in administrative processes
• Phase-wise cooperation in small and subprojects

Your profile:

• completed studies in the field of business management, Economics or a comparable qualification
• Complete vocational training with many years of professional experience as a personal businesswoman or in the commercial sector
• Over two years of experience in the field of wages and salary accounting and personnel management
• Experience with Early Careers is desirable
• knowledge of tax, social security and labour law Required
• Good knowledge about SAP/ R3 HR
• Knowledge of myPulse/ Workday
• German language skills
• Speaking English
