Create and maintain privacy policies, including adaptation of policies in coordination with Solvd, our parent company to ensure international standards Coordinate the international DPOs and data protection teams Advisory departments and international branches in data protection-compliant process design Plans and conduct internal data protection audits to continuously optimize the measures Organize regular data protection training for all employees Conduct Privacy Policy Assessments (DPIA) and develop risk mitigation strategies

Qualification: Completed training or studies in law, IT security or a related subject (e.g. business law, business informatics) Expertise & know-how: Experience in data protection management with profound knowledge of the GDPR, ideally complemented by international data protection regulations (e.g. CCPA, HIPAA) and experience in coordinating international teams Technical skills: technical understanding of IT security standards, order processing and measures such as encryption and anonymization Personality & Working: High affinity for complex legal and organizational issues, structured and solution-oriented working methods and pronounced communication strength Language: flowing German and English skills
