To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and committed Haustechniker (m/w/d) at our location in Stuttgart.

Tasks

• Technical management and maintenance (maintenance, inspection, repair) of technical installations
• Electrical installation work
• Disorder-related repair and implementation of small repairs
• Cross-sectoral support of supply systems
• Conducting and maintaining fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Conducting tests according to DGUV V3
• Plant documentation
• Coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work
• Customer and tenant care
• Procurement management of consumables
• Standby service

Requirements

• Complete vocational training as an electronics technician for energy and building technology (or comparable) or in the area of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary
• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position
• Cross-trade expertise
• Experience in technical service or Building management of advantage
• Computer skills
• routine in process documentation
• Good communication skills
• Self-working and team skills
• Ready-to-use, reliability, resilience, flexibility, mobility
• Class B driving licence
