• completed technical training as a specialist informatics or IT system electronics or comparable qualification (e.g. through professional experience)
• Professional experience in user support
• Experience with installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software
• Knowledge of the implementation of IT rollouts
• Confidence with common ticket systems and client operating systems
• very good German knowledge and good English skills
• Class B driving licence
