The consultancy offer offers citizens a first contact point for questions about the energy and heat transfer. Advice: You support citizens in the customer center with a personal, telephone or written initial consultation about the energy and heat transfer and create an understandable information offer. Assessing needs: You can arrange issues, identify information and advice needs and forward them to appropriate experts from city, crafts or network partners. Operating support: With your commitment to ensuring that the energy and heat information centre runs smoothly in everyday life: from the care of the visitors to the support of the processes on site. Participation: During events, action days or information offers, you actively contribute to the visibility and effectiveness of the information centre.

Your Skills: You are safe in dealing with current MS Office applications and have a good understanding of technical or energetic relationships. Your qualification: A completed commercial or craft training or a comparable qualification you bring. Professionals with a craft background (e.g. master or violin) or with experience in energy or building consulting bring valuable skills for this activity. Your experience: experiences from customer consulting or activities in the artisanal, energetic or building environment are beneficial for this task.
