For ''Workplace & Contract Management', we are looking for a*n at the Fürstenfeldbruck site at the next possible time Senior Expert Rental Contract Management (m/d) The ''Workplace & Contract Management'' team is responsible within the facility management for area management as well as for the administration of leases to the Hensoldt locations.

Control and independent implementation of lease agreements in compliance with internal requirements Implementation of supplementary pensions and subsidised contracts for rented office and production areas Projecting rentals in coordination with facility management, construction management, security, IT and demand providers Technical coordination and cooperation with internal teams such as controlling, facility management and other areas Implementation of contractual rights and obligations Further development of the documentation of the lease contract master data and the schedule Integration and centralisation of international lease agreements, with external support if necessary Professional leadership of the subject area Communication with landlords

Completed studies: study of real estate management or comparable training and experience Professional experience: Multiannual, relevant experience in rental and contracting Project management: First experience in managing parts or projects IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Language knowledge: German and English Presentation strength: Very good skills in presentation and presentation Communication: Impressive ability to actively exchange information and make voting sustainable Occurrence: Self-safe appearance and ability to bundle different interests into joint actions Negotiating skills: Representative negotiability Leadership & teamwork: competence in team management and communication Service orientation: High service orientation internally and externally Communication strength: Excellent ability to clear, address-oriented communication
