Production Manager Final Assembly - Operational Excellence & Transformation (m/f/d)

Leadership & Development: Head of three teams with a total of around 100 employees in the equipment and system production of high-precision antenna and locating technologies; Development of a culture of openness, responsibility and continuous improvement Change Leadership: Analysis of existing production and testing processes along value flows, initiation and sustainable implementation of improvement projects Operational Excellence: Responsibility for all final manufacturing processes – from assembly testing to final inspection and technical service – incl. Quality, cost and schedule Structure & scalability: further development of standards, processes and systems to prepare production for growth and increasing complexity Lean & Digitization: Introduction and anchoring of Lean methods (e.g. LeanX) as well as digitalization solutions for measurable process improvement and elimination of waste Communication & Stakeholder Management: Convincing communication with employees, departments, customers and suppliers to gain support and implementation Investment & Supplier Management: Control of investment and maintenance of the supplier network to ensure long-term performance

Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable) Multiannual leadership experience in production/final production, ideally in technology-driven environments Detectional Success in Change and Operational Excellence Initiatives Understanding production processes, lean principles and industrial digitization Strong analytical and strategic thinking combined with high implementation strength and pragmatism Impressed communication skills and natural standing for the guidance and motivation of people Entrepreneurial mindset focusing on efficiency, quality and sustainable improvements Very good English skills in word and writing
