Bring your expertise and affinity for the industry into challenging business consulting projects: Development of strategies and methods for our customers (hospitals and hospital associations throughout Germany), e.g. the creation of economic analysis, the development of medical-strategic concepts, etc. ä. Management of projects in the fields of merger, restructuring, financing, controlling, personnel management and process optimization Accompanying operationally effective implementation measures with our customers on site Project acquisition for our planned growth Further development of our products and implementation of workshops for different target groups

A successfully completed university degree in the Department of Health Economics, Health Care Management or comparable studies with relevant priorities Multiannual relevant professional experience, e.g. in a responsible position as a health economist or human medicineer (m/w/d) in hospitals or consulting companies Projektmanagement as well as (first experience) in managing employees (m/w/d) Very good analytical and rhetorical skills humor, creativity and a lot of joy in being successful in the team
