Working Student Governance & Compliance (a*)

You actively participate in the further development of the governance system and the compliance management system (CMS). Required compliance regulations will help you shape and control the associated internal rules. You provide relevant information for training and support the organisation of compliance training for employees. You will work on projects on governance, compliance, risk management, internal control system (IKS) and internal auditing and take your perspective. In compliance risk analysis, you carry out evaluations and assist in the ongoing optimization of the company's risk image, from which appropriate control measures are derived. In addition, you take over general tasks in the field of governance and compliance and gain a comprehensive insight into the processes and interfaces of these two staff functions within the company.

You are enrolled in an ongoing study of economics, legal sciences or a comparable degree course focusing on compliance, governance or economic law. With MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you work safely. Analytical thinking, a strong sense of responsibility and interest in legal and organizational issues are your strengths. In addition, you have an independent and structured way of working as well as communication and team skills.
