Strategic Partnership Specialist (m/f/d)

Construction, maintenance and strategic development of a resilient partner network of technology partners, hospitals, resellers, consultancy and other relevant market players Responsibility for the operational and strategic management of existing partnerships – from startup and contract design to joint business development to long-term success assurance Conception, design and negotiation of piloting, validation and cooperation agreements in close cooperation with product management, legal and other fields Control and support of pilot and validation projects with hospitals and partners until successful implementation in productive and long-term business relationships Designing value propositions, positioning, messaging and sales documents together with product management and marketing Identification of new market and application fields and derivation of strategic recommendations Management and success measurement of partnerships based on defined KPIs such as revenue contribution, pipeline, lead generation, activation and partner commitment Creation of business cases, forecasts, decision templates and management reports Representation of the company to decision-makers in healthcare at trade fairs, specialist events and partner dates

Successfully completed studies in the field of business, health management, marketing or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliances or Enterprise Sales Experience in Healthcare IT, HealthTech, MedTech or Enterprise software environment Experience in the development and negotiation of complex cooperation, pilot or project contracts Impressed analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities at management and decision-making levels High self-initiative, self-employment and willingness to take responsibility Ability to promote topics independently from idea to implementation Structured, pragmatic and result-oriented working in a dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for occasional missions
