Tasks and requirements We are looking for a very renowned company in Biebertal permanent support for optics production and assembly of assemblies. Transversal beginners with fingertips and technical understanding can also apply.

Payment by M&E tariff.

These are their tasks:

• Installation and inspection of opto-mechanical and optoelectronic components under the microscope.
• Reliable control of assembly process steps taking into account product and process requirements (execution quality, work safety and productivity).
• Preparatory work, such as the refilling and refilling of operating and auxiliary materials (e.g. cotton sticks, cleaning agents, etc.) and their correct identification/purification of auxiliaries (e.g. glue, crucible).
• Check the operation and installation (as required) of production facilities/installations according to Line Clearance.
• Transfer of experience / knowledge to colleagues (gn) to new process steps or products, as well as the associated self-control and correct implementation by colleagues (gn).
• report quality problems, report efficiency, record measurements by instruction.
• Documenting required test results using paper and electronic means (Excel, Word, SAP).

• A successfully completed technical training in the fields of fine optics, optics, precision mechanics, industrial mechanics
• attention to detail with focus on quality and team skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills in German and basic knowledge of English.
• Secure handling of the company's MS Office applications and internal IT systems.
• health suitability for continuous work in a room with controlled environment (e.g. clean room), i.e. wearing clothes according to the company guidelines.
• Very good spatial imagination.
• High interest in technical relationships and craftsmanship.
