Your tasks:

• Technical and organizational support of the PMO in the major project Digitaler node Stuttgart
• Implementation of a project-related office organization and maintenance of the projectsharepoint and the confluenze project area
• Planning and coordination of external and internal dates
• Preparing, tracking and processing of correspondence and maintaining order processing and voting results
• Documentation of project results in the system
• Work and support on content topics

Your profile:

• Complete technical or commercial training or completed technical or economic studies
• Very good MS Office and willingness to acquire necessary knowledge in Jira and Confluence
• organisational skills and an independent, targeted and flexible working method
