For our Oberkrämer site we are looking for active support in full time: Teamlead (m/d) User Helpdesk THE WORK As a team leader, you are responsible for the User Helpdesk with currently 12 employees. You and your team are the first point of contact for all IT contacts of our around 3,000 employees and ensure reliable support in all IT questions. You take the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of our Helpdesk team Ensure a first-class service experience through the fast and sustainable solution of IT requests You control the prioritization of incoming tickets and ensure efficient handling according to urgency Analyze trends in support requests and guide measures to improve our services in a sustainable manner You work closely with other IT teams to ensure holistic solutions and smooth communication You plan and carry out training to develop your team professionally and personally You are creating reports on performance indicators and presenting them at management level You actively promote the implementation of best practices in IT support (e.g. ITIL)

You have several years of experience in IT support and leadership of teams; IT-relevant training is advantageous You'll bring sound knowledge into common tools like Jira and Confluence You have a strong feeling for the further development of employees and actively promote a positive team culture You convince by strong communication skills and can also convey complex facts in a comprehensible way You have analytical skills to identify and solve IT problems You are proactively addressing new challenges, working with people and having a high service orientation
