To strengthen our team Planning/Construction Distribution Networks North at our Lüneburg site, we are looking for a project assistant, specialist/technician to support the team in project planning and documentation, which wants to actively shape the energy transition. You're part of the project team. You are the link between municipalities, offices, authorities, property owners and our project managers and take care of the approval of our project orders. You update our contract property database. You are responsible for the documentation of successfully executed project assignments for the team and supports documentation requests from the sites. You support the team in correspondence, data evaluation, data storage and ensure the smooth internal business process for team-internal operations. You are responsible for subtasks for small construction projects and perform them independently. You take special tasks in a limited time environment in consultation with your manager.

You have a technical training as an electronic (or comparable) or a technical and commercial training. Ideally, you have first professional experience in the documentation of construction projects and properties and/or the approval planning for construction projects, or have already completed construction projects. You like to work with various IT applications. You are a team player and convince with a flexible, targeted way of working. You want varied tasks and a high degree of self-initiative and responsibility. You have fun in contact with people and bring a sovereign and sympathetic appearance. You have a high level of enforcement, decision-making and IT affinity. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1).
