Responsibility for the state records of all buildings of the StEB Köln incl. Development of the state acquisition strategy and derivation of necessary maintenance and reinvestment decisions Creation of short- and medium-term renovation and renewal requirements in close coordination with asset management and planning and construction Implementation of structural condition assessments and prioritization of detected damage Detection of maintenance measures and evaluation as well as derivation of possibilities for improvement in faults detected by the object management Cost determination and budget allocation of maintenance measures Coordination and monitoring of external service providers Monitoring of construction measures as an interface to the ''Planning and Construction Works'' department, including responsibility for the installation of user needs and the acquisition of finished construction measures

completed studies of civil engineering, utility technology or comparable disciplines ideally multi-year professional experience in the state assessment of buildings or the planning and control of maintenance and construction measures Knowledge of technical and legal requirements for building operations strong communication capability, collaborative capacity, negotiation skills and a high degree of self-responsibility and self-responsibility safe handling of MS Office applications
