That's what you expect: You will get a comprehensive insight into the recruitment at DHL Express and support us along the entire employee life cycle

In doing so, you create job advertisements, test applications, arrange conversations and organize for the selection of our management assessment centers

You support us in recruiting our trainees and carry out interviews as soon as you feel safe

You accompany the onboarding process administratively and make sure that new employees have an optimal start

You support us in further personal administrative tasks and promote the digitization of our processes

In addition, you can actively participate in other topics and projects (e.g. system introductions, employer branding)

That's what distinguishes you: For example, you study in the field of Business Administration or (economic)psychology or use your Gap Year between Bachelor and Master to gain valuable practical experience

Ideally, you could also gain first experience in the field of human resources, for example through previous internships – but this is not a must!

Much more important to us anyway is that you are passionate about human resources, and you want to be actively involved.

In addition, you are ideally interested in digitization issues and are delighted to get to know new online tools and systems to promote innovative approaches in HR.
