Junior Consultant Data Protection - Law / Compliance (m/f/d)

You are taking over the role of the external data protection officer (m/w/d) and addressing customers, with a regular 100 km radius around Pforzheim You carry out self-contained meetings at customers: inside, including inventory, Jour Fixes and workshops with various departments You are responsible for the creation, testing and maintenance of directories of processing activities, as well as the response of requests from specialist departments, management and service providers to contract processing contracts or affected persons You are the contact person for supervisory authorities and supports data protection incidents You perform documentation tasks within the scope of the data protection management system according to our standards on our platform and support the documentation system as well as the tickets for the task list You perform training sessions or adapt training sessions to our e-learning platform in addition to developing and optimizing our standards, processes and templates

You have gained experience as an internal data protection officer or data protection coordinator (m/w/d) in a company You have a degree in law or information law or certification in the field of data protection or information security You have at least one year of professional experience and experience in working with ticket systems and modern collaboration systems You think in legal dimensions and have a technical understanding You are a team-capable, open and engaged, and you are fluent in German and English
