Branch Manager [Überlingen] (m/f/d)

As a branch manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the operational and strategic management of our branch – and for a team looking forward to a reliable and motivating manager. You lead and develop your team and drive for a motivating, powerful work environment. You have the overall responsibility for sales, earnings and costs of your branch. You build customer relationships, gain new business partners and represent our branch to the outside. You control and optimise the operating processes – purchasing, goods management, warehouse/logistics and service. You are planning budgets, analysing key figures and making decisions with entrepreneurial views. You’ll be practicing market and competition and develop matching strategies for your location.

Business training or study – ideally in trade, construction or business. Experience in building materials trade or related areas, with first leadership responsibility. Sales strength, entrepreneurial thinking and pleasure in customer contacts. Leadership, communication strength and respectful, motivating handling of people. Organisational skill, independentness and sense of responsibility. Good IT skills and ideally experience with goods management systems.
