Strategic cooperation: In close coordination with the management spokesman, you actively engage in strategic decisions, report regularly on the current state and drive relevant developments. Care and acquisition of real estate: You maintain a diverse portfolio of real estate and are actively involved in the acquisition of new properties. Keep in mind market developments and introduce your expertise in location analyses and cost-effectiveness checks. Contract management: You are responsible for the independent processing of purchase contracts for real estate and property as well as for the creation and processing of lease contracts. You always keep an eye on contract terms and notice periods. Communication interface: You are central contact for landlords and sub-renters in all contractual matters. Planning & Reporting: You create the annual rent planning, complete billing and actively support the annual closing work. You will also be responsible for the balance sheet accounting interface within the framework of sustainability reporting. Contract negotiations: You accompany the expansion department during rental contract negotiations and assist the construction department in the implementation of lease-contractual regulations and object returns.

Education: You have completed training as a real estate businessman/wife, real estate specialist/in or real estate economics/in. Alternatively, you have a legal training with a focus on property law. Professional experience: You have several years of experience in the management of commercial properties and have already been able to take over first leadership tasks. Expertise: You possess sound knowledge in contract management, a good technical understanding and ideally basic knowledge in rental and contract law. IT competence: You can safely control the current MS Office applications. Understanding figures: You bring a pronounced affinity to numbers and understand complex facts and prepare them precisely. Working methods: You work independently, structured, responsible and solution-oriented. Your time and self-management is exemplary.
