You are responsible for the design and implementation of modern and sustainable Compensation & Benefits solutions for a globally growing company Watch market trends and perform concept analyses to align the Compensation & Benefits portfolio In addition, you actively participate in HR projects and support consistent implementation at all levels The monitoring and control of the remuneration process, e.g. the annual fee and bonus round are also part of your tasks You take over the competent advice of the HR Business Partner team as well as the management of national and international compensation structures at all levels Completely you work convincingly and confidently with a variety of stakeholders in the company

Successfully completed university studies in a relevant discipline - ideally with a focus on human resources Multiannual relevant professional experience in the context of Compensation & Benefits, Policies and/or Mitbestimmungsmanagement as well as a sound generalistic HR knowledge Experience in the contract metal and electrical industry NRW and successfully introduced concepts in the Compensation & Benefits environment are desirable Embossed analytical and conceptual competence as well as a structured working method German and English knowledge in word & font Handling MS Office Excel and SAP HCM
