Start your future in the field of Business Administration together with the JM-Industriemontage and the IU International University (IU). In dual studies, you combine practical work in the company with courses on two days a week on campus. Interactive teaching materials help you to deepen your knowledge.

JM-Industriemontage is a family-run company based in Essen and specializes in industrial, pipeline and plant assembly in Germany and neighbouring countries. Our customers come from the energy, chemical and heavy industries, among others, and rely on our reliable project processing and qualified professionals. Together with our team, you coordinate the operations of our technicians and ensure that staff, accommodation and project sequences are optimally matched. You stand in regular exchange with our customers, employees and business partners and coordinate appointments as well as organizational processes around our projects You support the management in the planning and organization of our industrial projects and gain insights into project management, organization and operational processes You participate in the creation of offers, evaluations and project calculations and learn about economic relationships as well as business decisions in everyday work You gradually take your own responsibility, introduce ideas to optimize our internal processes and develop with our support to an important representative in the company

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You have good Russian knowledge and support the smooth communication between office and construction site, especially in the coordination of numbers, data and locations You want to become part of a team that supports each other and takes responsibility together You work independently, think with and are ready to find pragmatic solutions even in challenging situations You have joy in communication and organization and understand that a good cooperation of mutual support and reliability lives You know that exciting projects do not always go after a rigid 9-to-5 pattern, and are willing to be accessible in important situations even once outside the usual working hours – of course, in a fair and appropriate framework.
