Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Care and continuous development of the quality management system (IFS Food) in the company Implementation of operations and internal audits and follow-up and documentation of measures Monitoring of external audits and certifications Monitoring and evaluation of pest monitoring and derivation and coordination of control measures Implementation, evaluation and documentation of product safety monitoring (water, plants, personnel, cleaning) Cooperation in the HACCP team and support in implementing all product safety-relevant requirements Analysis of causes of errors and determination and follow-up of correction and improvement measures Evaluation and evaluation of quality-relevant key figures, data and processes Working in quality and optimization projects, for example in technical innovations, process validations or risk analysis Creation, updating and steering of QM documents and records Creation and maintenance of training documents in quality management Active participation in the digitalization and further development of existing processes

Successfully completed study of food technology, food science or comparable qualification First experience in quality management or food-related industries Knowledge of requirements of IFS Food, HACCP or comparable standards Interest in risk assessments, causes analyses and structured problem solving methods (e.g. HACCP, FMEA, 8D) Embossed analytical skills and a structured way of thinking Own initiative and the drive to advance themes independently persistence and persistence in implementing improvements Risk-conscious thinking and a pragmatic view for feasibility and cost-effectiveness Technical understanding of production processes, plants and measurement methods Willingness to bring together different interests and develop viable compromises High sense of responsibility and careful working Team skills, communication strength and diplomatic skills Very good knowledge of MS Office; Experiences with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central) are beneficial Sovereign handling of contemporary digital applications and openness for new technological developments and data-based methods Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Occasionally readiness to travel (about 10%, on average once a month)
